Plain, shiny, flawless. Just perfect. Then you break it for whatever reason.
The pieces might still looks structured, still kind of beautiful.
But you have to be aware that it's only a pile of pieces.
No way back to the even surface.
Touch it with your boots and the beauty is gone. Forever.
