Room With(out) a View

Click on photo to view it in different sizes on my Flickr account

You look through your window trying to find out how the world behind it works.
Sometimes you are simply not able to get a view to the outside because all you see is a reflection of our own small world.
If you are lucky you at least realize that it isn't the outside world you see but only the inside of your head. If you are unlucky you stick to that illusion of the world.

In this case I simply had to switch out all lights to see the nightly village I live in. Switching off the lights to be able to explore the world seems to be vital.

This photo is my contribution to the task "Out of my Window" of my Flickr group "Project: Glimpse". See the group's page for more photos and infos about its weekly tasks.
